Kiele M. Coco, President, Founder & Life Coach

Kiele has worked managing companies in the corporate sector for over 25 years.  She earned black belts in two disciplines of the martial arts where she studied for 20 years.  Her 8 years of traveling for competitions and demonstrations earned her a chance to qualify to compete for a gold metal, which she won in 1977.  With degrees in business management, marketing, and finance studies, she has exceeded her own expectations in the business world and is now onto helping children experience their dreams.

Kiele is well aware the challenges and hardships life can bring.   She has proven that through perseverance to over-come her own adversities, that anyone can beat the odds and succeed.

Kiele has been involved with helping children for over 30 years.  She worked for several years in a residential treatment center for emotional disturbed children.  She has mentored countless youths to become healthy well-balanced adults.

Through her years of experience, she has seen children loosing hope and the will to become the best they can be.  Increasingly, in record numbers, these children are slipping into depression and displaying inappropriate behaviors.  The sadness, lack of purpose, direction and deficient sense of self worth must is the motivation behind her mission.

This inspired Kiele to become a Life Coach in 2002, as she conceived a vision to create a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing emotional, physical and spiritual healing to children and families with an unpromising future.  She has developed a team of professionals with the same passions and strongly encourages the world to join All Our K.I.D.S., Inc. in these efforts.  We need to tell our kids, everything will be A.O.K. 

After all,  “Kindness Is Doing Something.”

Dr. Bruce Hallman, Vice President, Licensed Family Therapist

Dr. Hallman has been a practicing Licensed Family Therapist since 1999. He partnered with All Our K.I.D.S., Inc. Founder, Kiele M. Coco, in 2003. He holds multiple diplomas and professional licenses, including:

• Doctor of Philosophy in Marriage and Family Therapy - Evangelical Theological Seminary
• Master of Divinity - Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary
• Teacher's Diploma - Evangelical Teacher Training Association
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Certification of Ordination to Christian Ministry
• Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor - N.C.C.A.
• Licensed Pastoral Counselor - N.C.C.A.
• W.I.D.P. Certified Affiliate and Certified Instructor

Sue Lai, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Lai joined the K.I.D.S. team in 2005. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to All Our K.I.D.S., Inc. Prior to joining the All Our K.I.D.S., Inc. team, Ms. Lai's worked in finance in the corporate sector for 17 years.

Marie Sacco, Secretary and Executive Administrative Assistant

Marie has joined All Our K.I.D.S. in 2006.  She brings with her 25 years of experience in the legal administrative profession and 12 years as a law office manager.  Marie carries an AS degree with Legal Secretarial focus and 3 years studies in Office Management with a Secretarial background.  She has been a major volunteer of her time, money and various talents she offers to the children and the organization’s goals.
